The Ministers of Care are Extraordinary Ministers of Communion who are specially trained to visit the sick and shut-in of the parish. In this ministry, you bring the parish to the person through your presence, prayers, and the Eucharist. Visits are made to homes, hospitals, nursing homes and rehab facilities.  Training is provided by the parish and the Archdiocese of Chicago and you are officially commissioned by both to perform this ministry of compassion.
